Who we work for
Our clients are exporting mid-sized manufacturers, online retailers shipping to third countries, and freight forwarders who outsource their declarations. The focus is on exports from Germany to third countries — above all to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
How we work
Every declaration goes through the same two stages: you enter the shipment data, then a customs expert checks the classification and the mandatory fields before the declaration enters the ATLAS procedure. Behind Smart Zoll stands Smart Zollagentur GmbH, based at Königsallee 27 in Düsseldorf. We are a German company and our application runs on servers in the EU. You can reach us Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 16:00 and Fridays until 14:00, in German and in English — get in touch here.
