Enterprise Solutions

Companies that export regularly and at scale have different requirements from occasional exporters. We offer custom pricing, closer technical integration, and a dedicated point of contact — so your export processing fits smoothly into your operational workflow.

When does the enterprise plan make sense?

• From around 15 export declarations per month
• When you want to trigger declarations directly from your ERP or shipping system
• When you need a dedicated contact with a direct line, rather than working through a general support inbox

What is included?

• Volume discount on export declarations and additional tariff lines
• Dedicated point of contact with a personal direct line
• Agreed service level for processing times (SLA)
• Optional API integration with your ERP system, shipping system, or warehouse management system
• Consolidated invoice with optional cost-centre breakdown for your internal accounting

API

For direct integration with your ERP, shipping, or warehouse management system we provide an API. Declarations can be submitted programmatically, status information polled, and released ABDs received automatically. We walk through the exact feature set and documentation during onboarding.

Onboarding

1. Initial meeting — we discuss your monthly volume, technical requirements, and internal workflows.
2. Proposal — you receive a written proposal with concrete volume pricing tailored to your needs.
3. Setup — we configure your account and, if required, integrate the API with your existing system landscape.
4. Handover — after setup, your dedicated point of contact takes over ongoing support.

Get in touch via the contact form to take the first step. Standard pricing for smaller volumes is available on the pricing page.
